bajee Terms and Conditions

bajee is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bajee and the user. By browsing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and available funds may be seized.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

2.4 Account Security

Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing login details with a third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, bajee support must be notified immediately.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank) can be used to deposit funds into bajee. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bajee reserves the right to verify each deposit before processing.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Payment is generally completed within 1 hour of the request. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious, bajee may suspend it pending investigation. If fraud is proven, the account will be closed and the associated funds will not be returned.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

• bajee Weekly Deposit Gift: Once per week, a 50% deposit bonus up to ৳10,000; wagering 20×; minimum deposit ৳500.
• bajee Slot Festival Bonus: For slot game players, once daily, a 30% deposit bonus up to ৳5,000; wagering 25×; minimum deposit ৳500.
• bajee Cricket Season Offer: For bets on cricket events, once per weekend, a 40% deposit bonus up to ৳8,000; wagering 18×; minimum deposit ৳500.
• bajee Birthday Special Reward: Automatically awarded once a year, up to ৳2,000; wagering 10×.
• bajee Refer a Friend Promotion: Up to ৳3,000 reward for each successful referral; wagering 12×.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted. Using bonuses in breach of the terms may result in associated winnings being voided.

bajee has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a share of that week's net losses.

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is credited to the account automatically, and members can move to a higher tier based on regular activity and betting volume. bajee reserves the right to change the VIP structure or reassess tiers at any time. A tier may be revoked in cases of VIP membership abuse or breach of terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:

• Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Collecting another user's account information or attempting to hack accounts
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform for personal gain
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes
• Playing on behalf of a minor or managing an account for a minor

Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be voided and will not be returned.

9.1 Suspension by bajee

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request account closure at any time. If any active bonus wagering is incomplete at the time of closure, it will be cancelled and the real-money balance will be returned.
